As a supplemental program, Wholistic Learning Pod provides approximately 50–60% of your child’s weekly academic work — parents remain the primary educators.
Families enrolling during our inaugural year will receive a 10% Founding Family Benefit on tuition.
In addition, families with more than one child enrolled will receive a 5% Sibling Benefit for each enrolled child.
Together, these benefits help make a Christ-centered, personalized education more accessible while honoring the families who are helping establish our learning community from the very beginning.
Quarterly tuition installments are due:
Enrollment at Wholistic Operations reflects a shared commitment to a carefully curated small-group learning environment. Due to the intentionally limited nature of our programs, enrollment investments and paid tuition installments are non-refundable and reserved exclusively for your child’s placement within the community.
For your convenience, we accept:
A 5-day grace period is extended for tuition payments. Should additional time or payment accommodations be needed, we encourage families to communicate with us directly so we may thoughtfully support your needs whenever possible.
